XLR8 Pressure Washing Services LLC("XLR8," "we," "us") offers a text messaging program to customers and prospective customers who opt in through our website, Instant Quote form, or by providing their mobile number when booking a service. This page describes the program.
The Messaging Program
By opting in, you may receive text messages related to:
- Quote follow-ups and appointment scheduling
- Appointment confirmations and arrival-window reminders (e.g. "Your technician will arrive between 8–10 AM")
- Estimates and invoices, including links to view or pay
- Job status updates (e.g. on the way, job complete)
- Requests for reviews or feedback after service
- Promotional offers, seasonal reminders, and referral or gift card updates (only if you've opted in to marketing messages)
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us — typically 1–4 messages per active quote, booking, or job. If you opt in to promotional messages, you may receive up to 4 additional messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt In
You opt in by submitting your mobile number through our Instant Quote form, a booking, or another form on xlr8pressure.com and agreeing to be contacted, or by providing your number directly to our staff and consenting to receive texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also contact us directly at (832) 459-5981 or rob@xlr8pressure.com to be removed.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; coverage may vary.
